  • We offer three core game plans: Interactive Fun (shared center), The Works (private center), and The Glow Zone (after-dark private center). Yes, we know every group is different, so we are happy to customize your event's duration, activities, and roster size to meet your specific needs.

  • Absolutely. Additional field or court time can be added for $100 per hour, strictly subject to facility availability on the day of your event.

  • We only charge for the active participants hitting the court. Parents, grandparents, and guests who are just here to socialize or supervise attend for free.

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring your own pizza, cake, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks. Please note that we do not have a refrigerator or freezer, so bring a cooler if you have items that need to stay cold.

  • To protect our premium sports turf and courts, all food and drinks (except plain water) are strictly limited to the private party room. A minimum $50 cleaning fee will apply if food or drinks cause messes on the active play surfaces or walls.

  • Decorations are welcome in the party room, though we ask that you do not bring glitter or confetti. Upon request, you can access the party room up to a day in advance to set up your balloons or decor so you aren't rushed on the day of the event.

  • Our staff is present at all times to manage the facility, assist with equipment, and maintain a high-energy environment. However, we utilize an "open play" approach to maximize the fun. We do not enforce a rigid itinerary or guided schedule, preferring to let guests explore the activities at their own pace. Please note that parents and hosts remain responsible for the general supervision of their guests.

  • Yes, all participating guests—including adults joining the fun—must have a signed liability waiver on file before entering the sports area. We provide a shareable link with your booking confirmation so guests can complete it on their phones beforehand, and we also have them available on-site.

  • For everyone's safety, the facility and all equipment must be used properly. There is strictly no jumping, climbing, or leaning on any equipment, screens, or netting allowed. Unsafe or disruptive behavior will not be permitted.

  • Our sports center is highly versatile! If your group wants to switch from batting lanes to an open play space for dodgeball or soccer, please allow our staff approximately 15 minutes during your play session to safely retract the nets and convert the area.

  • We recommend athletic shoes (no cleats permitted) and comfortable sports clothing.

  • Up to 15 active participants are included in the base price of every package. You can easily add additional active players for a small fee ($15–$20 per person) depending on the package you choose.
