What happens if I arrive late for my booking?
Bookings will be automatically cancelled if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time. This policy is in place to maximize facility usage and accommodate other members.
What is the cancellation policy?
To avoid forfeiting your credits, you must cancel your booking at least 6 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will result in the loss of the associated credits.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking online or by emailing us at info@notoutventures.com. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee a credit if you cancel or reschedule.
What time should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation. Arriving late may result in a shortened session or cancellation of your booking.
What time do I need to leave the facility?
Please ensure you leave the facility promptly at the end of your scheduled booking time. This allows us to prepare for the next booking and maintain our schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including Zelle, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and online payments through our website/app.
When is payment due for my booking?
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
What happens if my payment fails?

How do I make a payment using Zelle?

How many people can be accommodated in a batting lane at a time?
A: Our batting lanes can typically accommodate up to 5 people at a time. For safety and optimal performance, we recommend this limit. If you have a larger group, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. Additional charges may apply for each person exceeding the standard lane capacity.
Are there rental fees for the equipment?
We offer complimentary use of bats and balls for cricket, baseball, and pickleball. The rental fee applies only to the Bowling Machine.
Do I need to be a member to play at Not Out?
No, you do not need to be a member to play at Not Out. We welcome walk-ins and bookings from non-members.
